I have a no b.s philosophy and I don’t do cookie cutter programs, I am focused on results for the client, I am not here to entertain you in the gym by moving some dumb bells around with no outcome or direction towards an end goal that we both me the trainer and you the client agree on. We determine where you are currently and where you want to be then I set a customized plan that will best help you move from where you are now to where you want to be. I stay away from fad diets, fad supplements and fad weight training programs that are generic and boring and look like they came from the back of a weekbix box. My clients success is my success.

And yes, my muscle building programs are 100% natural – that means you won’t be taking steroids. With a natural bodybuilding plan you can add size without the possible long-term side effects, plus you wont look puffy or suffer from anger problems or acne. I don’t do the ‘short term fix’ mentality. If you want it you got to get under the bar, you have to eat properly, and get used to intensity, fatigue and sore muscles.

I offer weight loss programs at different levels of intensity:

1. Weight Loss Program

(2 x 1 hour training sessions per week) – taking things steady but sure

2. Rapid Weight Loss Program

( 3 x 1 hour training sessions per week) – if you want to see results FAST!

3. Super Intensive Weight Loss Program

(4 or 5 x 1 hour training sessions per week) – if you want to go even faster!
