I started working out with Dinny five weeks ago. The reason why I decided to get a personal trainer was because after several years performing the same routine I was bored and was not getting results. I used to work out 4 to 5 times a week for about an hour and a half or 2 hours. I always kept in a reasonable good shape but it was very hard to gain any extra muscle that I wanted in spite of the constant work. Besides, I needed to gain motivation. So my expectations working out with Dinny were to get variety, a new routine and a bit of extra muscle.

Well in just 5 weeks all my expectations were exceeded beyond what I could had imagine. I gained 3kg in the first 4 weeks. For the first time in my life I weigh 70 kg. My upper body, chest, arms and legs are very nicely shaped and I get a lot of compliments. The routine is very dynamic and Dinny makes it very fun.

Now I only work out 4 times a week and for only one hour. So I spend less time at the gym with greater results while having more time available to do other things. Dinny is an excellent personal trainer. Very focused on his work, he directs you on how to do the exercises correctly, with the right form and tempos. I have been training with Dinny Morris since May 2012 when I won 3 free sessions at a networking function. Previous to meeting Dinny I doubted the value of using a Personal Trainer and had thought that it wasn’t really worth the cost. I thought that I would give Dinny a try, learn a few things and after that I would return to working out by myself. Over a year later, I credit Dinny with being the major reason that I have improved my overall health, muscle definition and outlook on health and fitness.

Dinny’s experience and approach to training has been greatly beneficial, in the beginning he was able to assess my condition and challenged me but avoided putting me through so much pain that I would be turned off. He has then progressed me along without ever feeling I had had an easy session, with a constant mixture of new exercises and increasing levels of challenge while maintaining a core approach to resistance training.

Dinny closely monitors my posture and form which has helped me avoid injury. On the business side of things, Dinny has always been there for our appointments and has been accommodating when I have had to change appointments due to my work schedule.

I had a great personal trainer in Melbourne, but upon moving to Sydney I started training with Dinny, and quickly found that Dinny is by far the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. Dinny also took the time to change the program every 4-6 weeks to ensure results and that training doesn’t get boring.

Dinny also focuses on technique to ensure against injuries, and making your workout as efficient as possible. As someone who likes to work hard in the gym, Dinny makes sure you work hard for the entire session and doesn’t let me slack off on those days I am less motivated.
